    41.golf - level 1 with Ben Cronk

    From a golf professional and experienced teacher learn about full swing, chipping, putting, bunkers, fitness for golf, practice drills and gain an understanding of the basic rules/ethics of the game. Golf is fun. Suitable for beginning and intermediate players. Numbers are limited. Fee includes golf balls and green fees. BYO golf clubs or Ben can supply. Course held at Chinderah golf course and range.

    42.taijiquan (tai chi) with Jennifer Press

    Taijiquan is an ancient Chinese moving meditation that is performed in a relaxed, alert and aware manner. Totally absorbing for the mind and body, it exercises all the muscles and trains the mind without strain or force. Tai Chi can be practiced by a variety of age groups, shapes and sizes, the young and young at heart. Its flowing movements imitate the ways of nature. Some of the many benefits obtained from daily practice are balance and coordination, increased circulation and blood flow and improved digestion and lung capacity.
